1) Static movement.
Several arrows are formed on the surface of the building which point at both left and right direction at the same time. Visually, it forms a continuous movement , although it remains static in reality.
2) Diversity.
The colours of the building are mainly light blue, dark blue , grey and black , each colour represent an element in the surrounding . Light blue represents clouds, dark blue represents the sky, black represent the road , grey represent the surrounding building. The building shows the diversity of the surrounding environment.
3) Opening enclosure.
The bridge is a lateral cylinder which separate the space in the middle of the cylinder to the surrounding, yet ,the pattern of the bridge open up the bridge to the surround environment .
4) The elasticity of insertion and nesting.

The lights go through the holes on the wall of the building to the outside world. Walls of the building is a restraint which limit the spreading of light. However, light managed to break through the restraint and set itself to free.
